Registration for the 2026 season for returning players (anyone who played with the Mariners in 2025) will open on February 15 and close on February 28.

Registration will then open to the public on March 2 and close on March 16, but only for teams that still have available spots after the returning player window.

League placement is determined by birth year, not school year.

Competitive (“A”) divisions may require evaluations/tryouts. If enough players register, there may be a rec team and a competitive team in a division.
